- Check your spam/junk folder for your WarriorPlus purchase confirmation and download email
- Log into your WarriorPlus account at warriorplus.com to access your purchases
- Make sure you are running a supported version of n8n (latest stable recommended)
- For workflow errors, take a screenshot of the error message — this helps us diagnose faster
- Include your WarriorPlus order ID in your email for fastest resolution
Common Support Questions
I didn't receive my product after purchase — what do I do?+
First, check your spam/junk folder for the WarriorPlus delivery email. Then log into your account at warriorplus.com — all your purchases are accessible from your member dashboard. If you still can't find it, email us at michtobi2025@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll sort it out within 12 hours.
How do I import a workflow into n8n?+
Open your n8n instance, click the menu icon in the top-left, and select "Import from File" or paste the JSON directly. Each workflow in your Blackbook vault comes with a dedicated setup guide that walks you through this step-by-step. If you get stuck, email us with a screenshot and we'll guide you through it.
I'm getting an error when running a workflow — how do I report it?+
Email us at michtobi2025@gmail.com with: (1) the name of the workflow you're using, (2) a screenshot of the error message shown in n8n, and (3) your n8n version number. This gives us everything we need to reproduce and fix the issue quickly.
Can I request a refund?+
Refund requests are handled through WarriorPlus in accordance with their refund policy. Please email us first at michtobi2025@gmail.com — in most cases we can resolve your issue directly. If we genuinely cannot help, we will guide you through the refund process.
Do I get support for future workflow updates?+
Yes — your purchase includes lifetime access and lifetime support for all workflows included in the Automation Blackbook vault, including future additions. If a workflow update breaks something, contact us and we'll provide a fix.
